Craig was one of my IT apprentices, whom I employed as a Network Support Administrator at Swift Fire & Security, whilst he was studying his NVQ in Information Technology. Craig was a very self-motivated individual and very eager to learn. It was not long before he had outgrown his position and, unfortunately, departed the business.
